Whites Creek Valley Park

Overview
Located in Sydney’s Inner West, Whites Creek Valley Park in Annandale is a large off-leash dog exercise area that follows the natural corridor of Whites Creek.
The park is unfenced but expansive, with grassy fields, shaded areas, and walking paths that make it a popular destination for local dog owners.
The off-leash space stretches along the creek and includes open lawns, mature trees, and seating for owners. Its size provides plenty of room for running, chasing, and social play, while the surrounding paths are well suited for longer strolls.
Because the reserve is unfenced and close to nearby roads and waterways, strong recall is important. The grass can wear down in wet weather, and dog-specific facilities are limited, so owners should bring water and bags.
The park connects directly to Annandale’s backstreets and is a short walk from Booth Street cafés and shops, making it easy to combine a dog outing with local stops.
Whites Creek Valley Park is best suited to energetic, social dogs that thrive in open spaces and community settings.
Whites Creek Valley Park is managed by the Inner West Council.
