Drontal Worming Suspension for Puppies is an oral liquid dewormer formulated to treat intestinal worm infections in young dogs — targeting roundworms, hookworms and whipworms. The suspension contains febantel and pyrantel embonate as active ingredients, which paralyse and expel worms from the puppy’s digestive tract.
This liquid treatment is suitable from two weeks of age and is dosed by bodyweight using the supplied syringe — 1 mL per 1 kg.
- Initial dosing at 2 weeks of age, then at 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks.
- After 12 weeks: monthly doses until 6 months old.
- From 6 months onward: standard worming every 3 months depending on risk
