A.P Bakery's original outpost sits on the rooftop of the Paramount House Hotel on Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills. The buttermilk croissants and roasted buckwheat and dark chocolate croissants are the things to order; coffee is by Reuben Hills. The all-day menu runs sweet and savoury, with plenty to eat in or take away. Dogs are welcome on the rooftop terrace.
