A.P Bakery's first CBD location at the foot of Martin Place is built around hand-held food — pizza bianca by the slice, closed bianca sandwiches filled with house porchetta or chicken salad, and the cult pastry program in full. It's a Monday to Friday operation until sold out, which tends to happen.
