Founded in Guangzhou, China in 1999 by Luo Fei as infant nutrition company Biostime, H&H Group has grown into a global health and nutrition powerhouse — listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and headquartered in Hong Kong. A series of strategic acquisitions transformed the business: Swisse Wellness (2015), Solid Gold Pet (2020), and Zesty Paws (2021) for $610 million.
