Overview
The Blackwattle Bay foreshore path runs from Glebe to Pyrmont beneath the Anzac Bridge, following the inner harbour through waterfront promenade and open parkland. Unlike most city foreshore walks, this strip is designated off-leash at all times — dogs can move freely along the water's edge without a lead. The path is flat and paved with consistent harbour views and plenty of bench seating. Expect heavy foot traffic on weekends. Bicentennial Park in Glebe, a short walk north, also offers off-leash access.
The Blackwattle Bay foreshore is managed by City of Sydney Council.
