Overview
Sydney's most iconic coastal walk is dog-friendly for the full 6km — dogs just need to stay on-lead and off the sand at all beaches along the route (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee).
Several parks along the way allow off-leash time: Marks Park south of Bondi (before 8:30am and after 4:30pm), Bronte Gully (before 10am and after 3pm), and Burrows Park south of Waverley Cemetery (off-leash all day). Expect dramatic cliff-top views, ocean pools, Aboriginal rock carvings, and plenty of dog-friendly cafes at Bronte for a mid-walk pit stop. Best done in cooler months or early/late in summer.
Bus connections at both ends; parking is easier at Clovelly or the back streets behind Bronte.
