Overview
This on-leash walk connects Burns Bay Reserve with Tennyson Park along the Lane Cove River foreshore, threading through bushland above the water before dropping to a grassed area with tidal flats and mangroves at the river's edge. The trail mixes bush track with formed path, giving dogs shade and open riverfront stretches in one circuit. Expect some steep sections on the descent to the water. Blackman Park in Lane Cove is a designated off-leash area close to the route.
Both Burns Bay Reserve and Tennyson Park are managed by Lane Cove Council.
