Dickson Park

Off Leash Area in Bondi Beach

Overview

Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Dickson Park in Bondi is an unfenced off-leash area. The off-leash access applies only to the south-end of the park.

The park offers open grassed lawns and mature trees and includes pathways around the reserve.

Dogs may be exercised off leash in the south-end of Dickson Park. Dogs must stay on leash elsewhere in the park. Even in off-leash sections, dogs must keep 10 m away from children’s playgrounds, outdoor BBQ areas and sports/recreation fields.

Dickson Park is in Bondi, with access via local residential streets.

The off-leash part is suited for dogs confident off leash, especially those who enjoy grassy plots in partially shared public space.

Dickson Park is managed by Waverley Council.
