Woronora River Bridge Walk

Dog Friendly Walking Trail in Woronora

Overview

The Woronora River Bridge Walk follows the tidal estuary foreshore near the historic Woronora Bridge, connecting parkland sections with views of the river and surrounding bushland on an on-leash out-and-back route. The path is relatively flat and suits most dogs, with river access at the foreshore sections providing a natural drink stop in cooler months. The Woronora Bridge forms a structural landmark at the midpoint of the walk. Woronora Reserve has a designated off-leash area for dogs wanting to run after the walk.

The Woronora River and surrounding reserves are managed by Sutherland Shire Council.
