Hypro Group

Hypro Group is a family-owned Australian pet food manufacturer founded in 1998 by farmers John Camilleri and Garry Jennings. Based in the Hawkesbury Valley, New South Wales, the company started as a stock feed business servicing rural farming operations before launching its own pet food brands in 2006. Today, Hypro employs over 140 people and manufactures from state-of-the-art facilities using locally sourced Australian ingredients.

Australian dog owners will find Hypro across several brand tiers. Dogpro is one of rural Australia's best-selling dry dog foods, distributed through more than 1,200 agribusiness retailers. Hypro Premium offers grain-free and wholegrain options popular with breeders. Pure Life was the first Australian kibble to combine biscuit with freeze-dried real meat pieces, and is stocked in Petbarn. The company also produces Supervite, Be Frank, and Bark & Beyond, as well as contract manufacturing for other brands.
