Overview
The most ambitious of the A.P Bakery outposts, set inside a heritage sandstone cottage on Burton Street in Darlinghurst. Mornings and lunches run the standard bakery program — pasta made from leftover bread, the blue mackerel sandwich — but from Wednesday to Saturday the kitchen keeps going through aperitivo and into dinner, where the menu tips wine-friendly and shareable. Dogs welcome out front.
