Bonditony’s Burger Joint

Bonditony's Burger Joint has run its rock-and-roll-themed counter service since 2017, five minutes back from Bondi Beach. Founder Tony Gosden came from the music industry. Walls and ceiling disappear under a collage of posters, CDs, framed records and signed chart-toppers. The eight-strong burger list takes its names from bands and industry memories: The Boss layers grass-fed beef with bacon, double American cheese, McClure's pickles, deep-fried jalapeños and house aioli; Vero Valentino swaps panko-crumbed barramundi into the stack. Sweet potato fries hold up better than the standard chips. Kick Ass Bloody Marys and Altos-listo margaritas round out the drinks.

Dogs are welcome on the sun-soaked patio. It's a Bondi Beach spot that puts effort into its regulars, human and canine alike.
