Overview

Kamay parkrun starts each Saturday at 7am from Yarra Bay Beach on Yarra Road in Phillip Bay, running along the foreshore of Botany Bay within Kamay Botany Bay National Park — one of Sydney's most historically significant coastal reserves, near the site of James Cook's 1770 landing. Open bay views run across most of the course.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner; dogs and pushchairs cannot be managed simultaneously. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au.
