Overview

Menai parkrun starts each Saturday at 8am from Parc Menai on Menai Road, winding through one of the Sutherland Shire's largest suburban parks on sealed paths and grass sections. The park's mature tree cover provides shade for much of the course, making it a more comfortable run during summer months than many exposed Sydney parkruns.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. Parking is available in the Parc Menai car park on Menai Road.
