Overview

Rouse Hill parkrun starts each Saturday at 8am from Rouse Hill Regional Park on Worcester Road, running a course through the parkland corridors and creek-flat terrain of one of The Hills District's largest open spaces. The course blends grass, compacted path and trail through well-maintained regional park grounds.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. Rouse Hill Regional Park is north-western Sydney's most accessible large green space for Hills District residents.
