Sydney Brewery Rozelle

Sydney Brewery opened the Rozelle brewpub in 2025 in a 150-year-old heritage steel-mill site — the former White Bay Brewing fit-out reworked for the parent company's twentieth anniversary. The on-site working brewery runs ales, ciders and lagers alongside Blackwattle Distilling spirits and Red Mill Rum, and the kitchen under head chef Chris Reynolds turns out pizzas and pub staples for the long afternoons. The brewhouse and tanks stay visible from the bar, and the heritage brickwork carries the room more than any modern fit-out gesture could.

Dogs are welcome throughout the venue. The Rozelle waterfront walking paths — Callan Park a short stroll, the Bay Run slightly further — make the post-walk afternoon stop-in an obvious Inner West pattern for locals with a leashed dog in tow.
