Pets Point on Elizabeth Bay Road is the kind of boutique pet store that makes the big chains feel a bit grim by comparison. Owner Madi has been in the pet supply industry for over a decade and has built the shop around that.

Food is a real focus — quality, human-grade brands you won't find in the supermarket, like Eureka and Scratch, alongside raw food and health products. If your dog's a fussy eater or has an intolerance, Madi knows her stuff and will help you find the right diet.

Then there's the boutique side: Italian leather walk-wear from Duepuntootto, dog gelato, colognes, winter wear, matching coats and jewellery, THEANIMALS accessories, and in-store dog tag engraving. Grooming is available at the back of the store through Tails of the Bay, run independently by Katie.
