The Paw Grocer

The Paw Grocer is a Melbourne-based freeze-dried treat brand founded by Jenny Richards in 2022 after 12 months of research and development. Jenny, a devoted dog mum to Labradoodle Daisy and Cavoodle Charlie, was frustrated by the lack of pure, unprocessed treats on the market — so she created her own.

All treats are 100% single-ingredient, human-grade Australian protein with no added colours, shapes, or processing. Proteins are sourced from Australian producers and freeze-dried in human-grade facilities in Tasmania and Queensland. The range includes beef liver, chicken necks, duck liver, pork hearts, salmon bellies, and more for dogs and cats. The Paw Grocer also works with carbon-neutral suppliers and upcycles proteins that would otherwise go to waste.
