Overview
Club Rose Bay has reopened under Merivale's stewardship following a considered year-long refurbishment — its first since 1979 — and the results are worth celebrating. Dogs are welcome in the sprawling courtyard, where a full-size pickleball court, basketball half-court and Airstream bar create a sophisticated outdoor playground.
Beach showers let you freshen up before settling in with your pup, while alfresco dining zones sit alongside the glamorous jet-age record bar and Totti's-style Italian eatery. The revamped space captures both nostalgia and contemporary leisure culture, making it a destination as much as a local.
