Overview
One of Sydney's genuine hidden beaches. A narrow laneway between houses on Wolseley Road (between no. 158 and 162) leads past the Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club down to a long, quiet strip of sand in Felix Bay.
The water is calm, the harbour views stretch from Shark Island to Bradleys Head, and on a weekday you might have the place to yourself. Dogs are welcome on-lead — there are even fence posts along the shoreline to tie a leash while you swim.
No facilities, limited street parking, best visited at low tide when the full stretch of sand is exposed. Access is public despite the very private-feeling surroundings.
