Nomad Brewing Company

Nomad Brewing opened in Brookvale in July 2014 as one of the Northern Beaches craft pioneers, pulling European brewing methods through Australian native botanicals: lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berries, Freshwater Beach seawater in the Freshie Gose. The flagship Long Trip Saison has picked up Australian champion honours, and the Brookvale taproom runs 16 rotating lines behind a beer garden fit-out. The business was publicly listed for sale around its tenth anniversary in 2024 but has kept operating as a going concern through the period.

Dogs are welcome in the beer garden, where the Nomad socials feature them most weekends. The Brookvale site sits a short walk from 4 Pines, Manly Spirits, Dad & Dave's and Bucketty's, all within the same industrial precinct and all dog-friendly, making the afternoon walking loop a standing Northern Beaches fixture.
