Overview
Nepean River parkrun starts each Saturday at 8am from Tench Reserve in Penrith, tracing the Nepean River floodplain corridor in a flat, open course that suits fast times and all fitness levels. Reliable river views run across the course, and the reserve is one of Penrith's main outdoor recreation hubs.
Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. The event draws consistently strong numbers from across the Penrith and Blue Mountains running community.
