Slow Lane Brewing

Dog Friendly Brewery in Botany

Overview

Slow Lane Brewing is a family-owned Botany microbrewery specialising in European ales and lagers, opened in 2020 in a side-street industrial unit close to the bus line. The kitchen turns out Neapolitan-style slow-fermented pizza from an on-site oven. The 12-tap line walks through old-world styles rendered with modern process — witbiers, pilsners, Belgian blondes, a smoked rauchbier in colder months. Saturday night and Sunday afternoon live music pulls the broader crowd. The rest of the week runs quiet.

Dogs are welcome throughout the venue. Botany sits close enough to Sir Joseph Banks Park and the Cooks River walking path that the after-walk stop-in pulls a regular Sunday afternoon dog crowd.
