Chipping Norton Lake

Chipping Norton Lake sits at the heart of a chain of interconnected waterways in south-western Sydney, offering a flat 6km on-leash circuit with consistent water views throughout. The sealed path passes through open parkland with shade trees along the northern bank. Birdlife is strong — swans, ducks and cormorants are regulars — so keep dogs focused on the track rather than the water's edge. Picnic facilities and barbecues are available at the northern end, making this a practical family outing.

The lake and surrounding parkland are managed by Liverpool City Council.
