Overview
Ms.Cattea is a chic Potts Point tea bar with a real point of difference — reportedly Sydney's only tea bar with a liquor licence. Founded by tea-science graduate and tea-ceremony master Cathy Zhang, it pours from a library of around 100 teas, spanning rare niche leaves and ceremonial matcha through to inventive tea-based cocktails, with bites like matcha cheesecake and prawn wontons. Mother-of-pearl chandeliers and bright red tea canisters set an elegant, heritage-inspired scene near the Macleay Street fountain. Dogs are welcome at the tables outside, so the pup can lounge while you sip.
