HCF Pet Insurance — Happy Tails Cover

HCF's Happy Tails Cover replaced its older tiered plans in July 2026 with one customisable policy issued by PetSure. Owners pick a $10,000, $20,000 or $30,000 annual limit, 70%, 80% or 90% reimbursement, and a $0, $250 or $500 annual excess. No sub-limits apply to standard treatment, and the Booster Care option adds specified dental and specialised therapy cover worth $2,000 a year. Eligible HCF health members receive 12% off, additional pets earn up to 10%, and GapOnly claiming works at participating vets.
