ING keeps its pet offer to a single accident and illness policy, issued by Auto & General rather than a specialist pet platform. The $12,000 annual limit is reimbursed at a fixed 80%, with a flat $100 excess per unrelated condition. Sub-limits cap orthopaedic conditions at $4,000, cruciate ligaments at $2,600, tick paralysis at $1,500 and snake attacks at $1,200. Chronic conditions and cancer treatment are covered, dental and routine care are not, and any registered Australian vet can be used.
