CN Critical Nutrition Wet Dog Food

CN Critical Nutrition Wet Dog Food

Pro Plan Veterinary Diet
Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets CN Critical Nutrition Wet Dog Food is an energy-dense wet food formulated for dogs in a critically ill or debilitated state, or recovering from surgery or significant illness. When normal appetite is reduced and metabolic demands are elevated, standard diets are often insufficient — this formula addresses that gap with concentrated calories, easily digestible protein to support tissue repair, and elevated levels of B vitamins, zinc, and antioxidants to support immune function. The smooth consistency makes it suitable for spoon feeding, syringe administration, or tube feeding in a clinical setting. It is intended for short-term use during active recovery and is not formulated as a long-term maintenance diet — the high caloric density is not appropriate outside a recovery context. This formula is also indicated for dogs that are anorectic or have significantly reduced voluntary food intake. Use under veterinary supervision; speak with your veterinarian before introducing this food.
