RACQ Pet Insurance is issued by the Queensland club's own licensed insurer rather than a third-party pet platform. The single-level policy covers illness and injury to $12,000 a year at 80% reimbursement, with cruciate conditions capped at $2,600 and BOAS at $2,000. Emergency boarding pays up to $1,000 on top of the annual limit with no excess if the owner is hospitalised five days or more. An optional TLC benefit adds $100 a year for routine care, and holding multiple RACQ policies earns discounts.
