Protexin Veterinary is a globally recognised probiotic and supplement brand for pets, originally developed by UK-based Probiotics International Limited. In 2018, the company was acquired by US agribusiness giant Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) for £185 million, bringing Protexin under ADM's expanding health and wellness portfolio. The brand is backed by over 30 years of scientific research.

Their veterinary range includes pre and probiotic capsules, digestive support powders, liver supplements, joint care, and skin and coat formulas for dogs, cats, and rabbits — all produced in a pharmaceutical-grade facility. In Australia, the probiotic line was rebranded to ProN8ure and remains the only nationally registered probiotic approved for animal use. Widely available through vets and pet retailers.
