Overview

Curl Curl parkrun starts each Saturday at 7am from John Fisher Park on Harbord Road, tracing a coastal lagoon and reserve course on the Northern Beaches. The route combines foreshore paths and reserve trails with mild undulation near the lagoon edges — among the most scenic 5km settings in metropolitan Sydney.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. The 7am start works well ahead of the Northern Beaches' famously busy weekend café circuit.
