Overview

Macquarie University parkrun starts each Saturday at 8am from the university campus on Balaclava Road in Macquarie Park, using the pedestrian paths and green corridors winding through the campus grounds on Sydney's Upper North Shore. Tree cover shades much of the course in autumn and winter.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. The campus has café facilities within walking distance of the start; Macquarie University station is adjacent.
