Overview

Penrith Lakes parkrun starts each Saturday at 8am from Sydney International Regatta Centre, entering via Gate A on Old Castlereagh Road. The course runs along the lake edges of the Olympic rowing and watersports venue, providing flat, open terrain with water views throughout — one of the least crowd-dense parkrun settings in Greater Sydney.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. Ample parking is available within the regatta centre grounds.
