Warrawong Reserve

Off Leash Area in Eastwood

Overview

Located in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs, Warrawong Reserve in Eastwood is an unfenced off-leash area. The reserve is open grassed space trialled by the City of Ryde for free dog exercise.

The reserve is known for its simple open lawn without fencing, where dogs can roam off leash, plus newly installed dog-friendly infrastructure under the trial (such as a dog bowl, waste bin and bag dispenser).

Dogs may be exercised off leash at all times in the Warrawong Reserve off-leash area.

Warrawong Reserve is in Eastwood. It is part of a trial overseen by Ryde Council, and has been set up to serve local pet owners wanting accessible off-leash space in a neighbourhood setting. Because the area is unfenced, it’s best suited to dogs with good recall and confidence and owners who are comfortable supervising in an open setting.

Warrawong Reserve is managed by the City of Ryde.
