Overview
Three floors inside the 1916 "Money Box Building" — so named because the Commonwealth Trading Bank used to print its image on coin banks for kids.
It's a proper heritage landmark that got a sleek high-rise addition in 2015, and WeWork's fit-out plays well with both eras. Floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping city views, circular lounges purpose-built for one-on-ones, and art installations by Sydney artists Tristan Kerr and Dina Broadhurst.
Sitting in the heart of the financial and legal precinct, it draws everything from early-stage startups to corporate teams. Martin Place Station is literally at the door, the Royal Botanic Gardens and Opera House are a lunchtime stroll, and Pitt Street Mall is around the corner.
Dogs are permitted in private offices — confirm current pet-friendly status with the community team.
