The Regular tier doubles CoverMy Pet's annual limit to $4,000 while keeping the same simple mechanics: a flat $100 excess, 15% co-payment and lifetime cover once a pet is accepted. Category caps step up to $2,500 each for cruciate conditions, cancer and hip dysplasia, with tick paralysis covered to $1,500 on a first claim. Registered animal physiotherapy is included on vet referral. Illness claims open after 28 days, and the insurer can pay vets directly by case-by-case agreement.
