Chlorhexidine dihydrochloride is included as an antimicrobial ingredient.
The formula contains synthetic fragrance (parfum), linalool, coumarin, and geraniol, so it is not suitable for dogs with known fragrance sensitivities. It can be left on for up to three minutes for additional conditioning before rinsing. This is a cosmetic coat conditioner for general grooming use — it is not a medicated treatment for skin conditions.
