Overview
Simparica™ for Dogs is a monthly liver-flavoured chewable that delivers fast, comprehensive protection against fleas, ticks, mites and mange. Its active ingredient sarolaner is absorbed into the bloodstream within 30 minutes, starting to kill fleas within 3 hours and achieving 100% flea kill within 8 hours. Ticks begin dying within 8 hours of administration.
Each monthly dose protects against paralysis ticks, brown dog ticks and bush ticks, and also treats and controls sarcoptic mange, demodex mites and ear mites — making it a strong option for dogs with skin sensitivities. Can be given with or without food.
Safe for puppies from 8 weeks of age and weighing at least 1.3 kg, available in six colour-coded weight-based sizes up to 60 kg. Note that safety in pregnant or lactating dogs has not been evaluated.
