Batch Brewing Company

Batch Brewing Co. has run a small independent brewhouse out of Marrickville since 2013 and leans into the craft end of the Inner West Ale Trail with a rotating tap line and a handful of core beers — the Marrickville Original Pale Ale, Elsie the Milk Stout and the Trippy Hippy West Coast IPA among the regulars. The taproom is the usual converted warehouse affair: pallet bar, leather couches, milk crates pulled into service as stools. Resident food trucks rotate through Wednesday to Sunday, with bring-your-own snacks welcomed on the quieter weeknights.

Dogs are welcome in the taproom, a fixture of Batch's Inner West local crowd. The venue sits within walking distance of Sydney Park and makes a natural mid-walk stop for Marrickville regulars.
