Diamond Bay Reserve

Off Leash Area in Vaucluse

Overview

Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Diamond Bay Reserve in Vaucluse is an unfenced off-leash area. The reserve is a cliff-top park with rugged ocean and coastal views and boardwalk sections.

The park includes pathways, viewpoints, coastal cliffs, and limited on-street parking; there are no play equipment facilities on site.

Dogs may be exercised off leash in the designated off-leash area. Outside that area, including along the coastal walk, dogs must be on leash. Dogs are prohibited from entering bushland areas except on designated paths.

Diamond Bay Reserve is accessed via Craig Avenue in Vaucluse, with limited on-street parking and a mobility parking bay.

The open, unfenced layout is suitable for dogs that do not require secure enclosure, especially those with strong recall and comfort with cliff edges and shared paths.

Diamond Bay Reserve is managed by Waverley Council.
