Drink West Brewery

Drink West is a 2023 Western Sydney outfit backed by NRL fullback Nathan Cleary and UFC fighters Tai Tuivasa and Tyson Pedro, set up in a former Crane Enfield Metal factory on the Castlereagh edge of Penrith. The production brewery and taproom run eight core taps — a Lager, Mid-Strength, Pale Ale, Nitro Stout, IPA, XPA Oat Cream, Pilsner and a Hibiscus Lime Gose — and share the Manufactor food hall with its cafes, pizza and burger stalls. The space is broad and grassed, and NRL and UFC broadcasts run across the big screens on match nights.

Dogs are welcome throughout the venue. Between the lawn, the family-friendly crowd and the live music programming on the weekends, Penrith locals fold the place into the Sunday afternoon rotation.
