Overview
Located in Sydney’s Inner West, Easton Park in Rozelle is a large community reserve that includes a designated off-leash area.
The park is unfenced and has a relaxed, family-friendly feel, with wide grassy spaces and shady trees making it a popular gathering spot for locals.
The off-leash zone is spacious and open, giving dogs room to run and socialise. Seating is available around the edges, and the park’s large scale makes it easy to find a quieter spot even when it’s busy.
Dogs are permitted off-leash in the designated area at all times, but they must remain on-leash in all other parts of the park. Because the space is unfenced and bordered by nearby streets, dogs with strong recall are best suited here. The grass can become muddy in wet weather, and owners should bring water as there are no dog-specific facilities.
The park is within walking distance of Rozelle cafés and shops and links easily with other local reserves, making it convenient for extended outings.
Easton Park is best suited to energetic, social dogs that enjoy large open lawns in a busy, community setting.
Easton Park is managed by the Inner West Council.
