Overview
Ekim Brewing has been running unfiltered, unpasteurised beer since 2009. The brewery spent its first fifteen years in a Mount Kuring-gai industrial unit before relocating to a larger Hornsby site in February 2025. The line-up leans fruit-forward IPAs and classic styles in short runs, and the cellar door opens Friday and Saturday for sit-down tastings, cans and growler fills. The new Hornsby fit-out has more room for tasting flights and a proper retail corner; the production scale has stepped up with it.
