Hughes Park

Overview
Hughes Park in Earlwood provides a fully fenced, council approved off-leash area spanning approximately 4,200 square metres — one of the more spacious enclosed dog parks in the LGA. The park includes agility equipment such as jumping hoops, a water station, waste bins, poo bag dispensers, and shaded seating for owners. Grassy surfaces and some tree cover make it comfortable across seasons.
Set on Warburton Parade in Earlwood, Hughes Park forms part of a larger recreational precinct that includes a children's playground and sporting fields. The mixed-use setting means families with both dogs and kids can make a full outing of the visit. Free parking is available nearby and the area is easily accessible from surrounding suburbs.
The size of the enclosure and range of facilities make Hughes Park particularly well suited to active and larger breeds, as well as families looking for a dog-friendly destination with broader amenities on hand.
Hughes Park is managed by Canterbury-Bankstown City Council.
