Overview
The Noble Hops is Redfern's specialist pub for craft beer. Taps rotate constantly, weighted toward NSW breweries — sours, IPAs, stouts — alongside a house line the venue contract-brews elsewhere. There is no kitchen. Food is ordered in from the places across the road and delivered to the table, which has made the pub a natural anchor for long pizza-and-beer afternoons.
Dogs are welcome inside with water bowls ready and staff in the habit of crouching down to say hello. An outdoor area out back keeps things easier on a warm day, and fresh taps roll in through the week for the regulars who keep returning.
