WingMill opened in Neutral Bay in April 2019 on a quiet backstreet just off the Military Road dining strip. The concept is narrow by design — eight American-style wing sauces across the menu, Garlic Parmesan and Chipotle Honey at the milder end, Original Buffalo in the middle, Hot Hot (habanero plus ghost chilli) at the edge of daring. The drinks list runs American bottled beer, a rotating craft tap, cocktails at reasonable money and genuinely oversized servings of root beer. Wing Wednesday carries its own specials. Bench seating inside the counter-sized room and umbrella-shaded tables outside handle the crowd.

Dogs are welcome on the al fresco seating, which given the size of the indoor space is effectively where most dog visits happen. The Neutral Bay crowd has kept WingMill busy enough to open a second site in Dee Why.
