A Kings Cross institution running since 1952, Piccolo Bar has gone from legendary coffee haunt to one of Sydney's tiniest, most charming aperitivo bars. Tucked onto Roslyn Street in Potts Point, it seats barely twenty inside and a handful on the footpath, with a warm, remember-your-name welcome. The eight-page list leans hard on cocktails, aperitifs and aromatised wines, alongside cheese, charcuterie and clever tinned bites. It's walk-ins only. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables, so bring the pup for a street-side spritz.
