Fetch is an Australian-owned pet insurance provider, launched in 2023 and managed entirely through its app. Cover is up to $30,000 per year with no dollar sub-limits on conditions — including hereditary conditions and all breeds — where the condition is not pre-existing. Policy holders can choose their cover percentage (up to 100%) and excess level, with claims paid directly to the treating vet where the vet allows it. A 24/7 vet support line is available through the app for non-emergency questions.
Waiting periods apply (48 hours for injuries, 30 days for illness, 90 days for specified conditions), though these can be skipped via an in-app health check process. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Plans are monthly with no cancellation fees.
