Fetch is an Australian-owned pet insurance provider launched in 2023 by former IAG executives and backed by AirTree Ventures. Built by a team of vets, vet nurses, and insurance specialists with experience covering over a million pets, Fetch was designed from the ground up as a fully app-based insurance product — from getting a quote to lodging a claim.

Cover is available for dogs and cats across all breeds and life stages, with flexible options to tailor both the level of cover and excess to your budget. The Fetch app provides policyholders with access to a 24/7 vet support line for non-emergency questions, and direct vet payment is available at participating clinics. Optional wellness cover is also offered alongside standard accident and illness plans.
